Another quick drawing. The colors are quite different than usual and I used outlines this time .
As you can see I really like to use textures, the pic had a too clean look at the
beginning and I wanted it to be darker (at least a bit).
The wings should look more... symbolically, I had problems with that (and with some
other parts too XD).
However, thanks for looking!

Edit
Thanks a lot for your criticism! I know that I still make too many mistakes and I hope to improve one day. I changed some things and hope some parts might look better. If not, well at least I tried it .
Sexy.
love the textures, love your graphics too, how did you work in the tattoo? is it a photo-manip, or something done by hand? do you need refs for wings, or are ya just experimenting? cool work overall, very sway.

I'd agree that the upper body seems oddly turned forward. His upper right arm seems to be hidden behind his lower arm, that's what's probably causing it to look weird to some.
The wings are interestingly done. At first I didn't notice they were detached, but then I did and so in my mind I detached the wings from him which also sort of gives context for his distress. If you wanted the wings to be more symbolic, perhaps making them lighter, as if drawn on the wall with chalk or a weathered painting? Perhaps cutting into the wings with some negative space (maybe in the form of those plant vines that are at the edge)? I think they're quite interesting as they are, though.
The neck/head/hand are quite excellent and I think the texture accomplishes just what you said you wanted it to. And just a thought of mine on the texture, I was thinking how interesting it was that the wall texture seemed to continue over the character but I couldn't say exactly why. Now it occurs to me that it could be read as if the character is trying to blend in with the wall, or disappear. I don't know if that was your intention but it goes along well with his look of distress.

I love the lighting in this.. very selective. Also I believe the texture worked really well for this. The right arm though... looks a bit off to me as if it's not connected; Perhaps a outline extending to the inside of the shirt to define the chest and would help. Overall, fine work.
